Yes you can marriage a girl 4 years older then YOU- remember women are older then men . by how many years ? - that not a big difference- you manage it like you would if you were the same age

I don't understand why you are asking this question or what you mean "how could I manage it". You are over 18 I presume, so if you mean financially, get a job, If you mean emotionally, maybe you aren't ready. If you think you are, in love, and have things in common, common interests, just go for it.
You are not the first man, or woman for that matter, that questioned getting married, if they were ready or how they possibly could manage.

My mom was 4 years older than my Dad and they did 55 years together. she was like 31 and he was 27..
of course if your 21 and she is 17 then you got troubles.

Happens all the time. In fact I've known people who have done it. Just make sure if you want kids that she can still conceive. Make sure you really love her and that you know yourself as a person, because marriage is generally for a very long time.
