13 year old? What grade is that....8? Oh hunny....anything that happens then is just all in good fun. At that age they're just concerned with the status they are in at school, and looks.
I personally look for a sense of humor and spontaneity, but then again I'm 20. It just depends on the person.

good question, sry that i didnt answer to ur question but i think its if the girl is nice/kind hearted.
this guy in my class thought i was nice, and weeks later, his friends told me that he liked me...
