could any one tell me how to use them,when i download i don`t understant what you do with the file you have downloaded,it wont play as you can tell i am a novice at this,if some could explain in english i would be gratefull

You have to download a torrent program. I personally use Utorrent. Then go online and find the torrent you want to Download. There are hundreds of sites where you can find them, such as: www.thepiratebay.org www.torrentspy.com www.demonoid.com
Then download the files using the torrent program(utorrent)
When the file is complete, all you have to do is open it from that program and thats it.

You need some actual bittorrent software to be able to open them. I use Azureus - download it at http://azureus.sourceforge.net/
There's quite a lot more to do once you've dowloaded the torrent file though - this is only a tiny file telling the torrent software what to do next. To actually download the stuff you want will take a lot longer.
