I love your enthusiasm, however, how to we help those who don't believe? We need to show understanding and guidance, not lecture.
We as Christians cannot place ourselves higher then everyone else, and say " Listen to me!" we all were and ARE sinners, and we are not better than anyone else.
Giving a little nudge when the unbeliever asks is healthy, but when an unbeliever doesn't ask or want to know about God, it is not beneficial for us to tell them anyway. we need to plant seeds,
leave resonable doubt in the unbeliever's minds the reason why thier theory doesn't work...
The Holy spirit will take care of the rest, the Holy spirit will urge thier heart IF they are ready, Only God knows who will come into the fold, and it isn't for us to work so hard that we damage the cause by being called condescending and pushy. That isn't what our Lord wants...
Respect is the key because we don't have all the answers.

We shouldn't judge others. (That is Gods job) Non -Christians live by a different standard. They don't have to live up to our standard.
Loving people where they are as they are, not as we would have them. Not withholding the truth, but loving them anyway just as Christ Himself did.
Look at the way Christ treated the woman at the well, or Peter after he denied Christ 3 times just as He told him he would.
Also look at the way He treated the stiff necked religious leaders of the day. That is one group He had absolutely zero tolerance for.
In short We should live our lives in such a fashion that when we stand before the Lord He will say to us Well done good and faithful servant.
Christ came to Save the world not to judge it.

Imagine a new born child kept in a dark room for ages with only food and water. After 20 years or less, you let the child out who's no longer a child, he/she is grown to be a matured human being. The first question you ask to the subject "What is God" ? The subject wont have an answer cause he/she wont know what and who is God. We are trained in this world to accept only what is rational and logical laws set by the society.

Well, that's very sweet of you.
Not everyone is either christian or atheist, hon.
There are those of us in the world who believe in God, just not the christian version of God. We don't explain EVERYTHING with science, but have studied enough to know its validity.
I don't believe my children and grandchildren are just an egg and sperm. They are lovely creatures.
I'm sorry that your resolution will be broken, as there are many of us who know your bible well, and choose a different path that is just as valid as your own.
I wish you much happiness and many blessings on your chosen path.

THIS IS WHAT YOU WROTE - PLEASE RE-READ -
(Welcome to the World of Persephone.
Shy, quiet, goofy, and mysterious. Goddess of the underworld though innocent beneath the flesh. I have two personalities. one you see before you and one you don't ever want to see. Dont make the mistake of judging my exterior. some do and always regret it.
I come to Answers to kill time and make friends but i also enjoy seeing the no-lifers make a fool of themselves by answering/questioning as if this site is serious. This is the highlight of my time on here and i often get a kick at seeing people get offended or upset. Yes I'm crazy but at least i admit it.
I'm a liberal Christian and I give all my glory to God and Jesus.Though i hate political labels. I'm just me with my own views on life, even if it goes against Christian values. Hypocrite? I think not bub. I dont respond to people who are hateful, ghetto and racist.
Feeling the urge to know more? Dreaming and thinking of Persephone? Let's chat. Email or read my 360. peace and love)
YOU! HYPOCRITE???? I THINK YES "BUB"
and as for "no-lifers" and seeing people get "up-set" is the "highlight" of your time on here, well that just makes you nasty.
your a disgrace to the Christian faith.
luckily I'm not Christian.
oh and as for "taking this site seriously" (hypocrisy again) cos with all your bible bashing you do on here I'd say that's taking it seriously. tut! tut!

I think us Christians would find that we could draw others to Christianity by example & not preaching. Most non-Christians are put off by our preaching. Answers here are a good example. Unfortunately, there are many Christians who not only fail to live their faith but, in fact, give all Christians a bad name.
It is also unfortunate that so many non-Christians base their opinions of Christians on the minority of Christians who do not practice what they preach nor do they consider that we are just human with many faults. But most Christians try to live good lives & there are so many of us who fall under this category.

God bless you too but exactly what is your question? Your description has nothing to do with the subject. I think you should post on a message board or something.

We can share Gods word. And pray the Holy Spirit works in their lives.
Romans 1:20
For ever since the creation of the world His invisible nature and attributes, that is, His eternal power and divinity, have been made intelligible and clearly discernible in and through the things that have been made (His handiworks). So [men] are without excuse [altogether without any defense or justification],

The BIGGEST help you can render to whoever you call "Non Believers" is by leaving them completely, totally alone!
They would be happy, you would be happy, and most of all Jesus will be very Happy! I hope you don't see a problem with all of us being happy.
