Midstate man killed in accident

A Stewart County man was killed Friday night after his car veered off the road and hit a rock, Tennessee Highway Patrol officials said.
Warren Bevins, of Indian Mound, overcorrected while driving on Highway 79 near Dover and went off the road into a ditch, THP officials said.
The accident happened just before 9 p.m.
