I know they have a lot of sodium in them but really they arent as bad as many other things we eat. I eat them all the time! It is about the only thing I can afford... LOL.
BTW, do you like them? What's your fave flavor? And do you know of any good recipes with them? Sometimes I put tuna in mine. It is actually pretty good! And my fave flavor is creamy chicken and for the cups it is cheddar cheese! :-)

I don't think Ramen noodles are bad for you! They are delicious! I like cup of noodle or Top Ramen but when I dont use the seasoning, I eat them plain with some lime/lemon juice. It tastes pretty good!

Have you ever looked on the back to see how much fat they have? 7 grams per serving, and there are TWO servings in a package. That's because those noodles have been deep fried.

That said, shrimp flavor is my favorite, with a splash of hot chile oil. So yummy!

Like anything, too many Ramen noodles are going to be bad for you. They're a starch, so you want to limit your intake if you're trying to watch your weight.
I like chicken.

they are primarily bad for you becuase of their lack of nutritional value. They are not providing you with the vitamins & nutrients that your body needs. Also they are very high in sodium. Also, of course they are very high in carbs.
