start to cook in a hot oven at reg 7-8 for about 20 minutes turn the oven down to gas mark 4-5 frequently basting the pork,the pork should be cooked at 25 minutes per pound adding 25 miutes more at the end.

20 mins per pound plus 20 mins at 180 to roast it. Otherwise you can do lots of different things - and it really depends on the cut of pork - i always like chops done in the oven but you can fry or grill as well

It varries a lot depending on the oven and the size of the roast. Cook it untill it is about 155 to 160 depending on how big it is. You want it to heat up to 160 for safe eating but a big roast will continue to heat after it is pulled out. Don't over cook it.

cooking pork depends on the size remember pork will still have a slight pinkness to it even if its done i would have to know the size
