What is your explanation that genuinly are possed by a demon or evil spirit?

Years ago many people were considered "possessed" when they were only afflicted with what we now consider common diseases. The Salem witch trails for instance. People were hung for being witches. For calling evil spirits to harm people in their community. Now we are aware of the fact that these people who were "harmed" really were just suffering from medical disorders. Why do you think "possessions" are less common now? We have become more educated, now realize the truth. Years from now, the few possessions we have witnessed over the past few years will also be explained. It just takes time and education.

If there is good spirits I am sure there is bad as well.
I haven't came across any evil, and don't want to.
Jesus in the Bible heal people of possed demons.
Most people don't experience spiritual spirits that's why they don't believe.

All human action originate in the brain. Chemical imbalances cause delusions, etc. There is no such thing as being "possessed" by any type of "spirit".

I have a problem with the word "genuinely" in that statement. Some of them are acting, some are in self hypnosis, some are mentally ill.

I DO believe in spirits....I welcome the good ones....turn away the bad...and GOD is definitely one I will never turn away...nor the spirit of his son.....
Satan.....he can go back to hell where he was sent....
