Well your only 15, so you may not be done developing yet. I was tiny all through high school, and got really curvey around 19. I was really skinny (98lbs), but after I joined the Marine Corps, I put on about 15 more pounds. But it's really about genetics, how is your mom built??? If you look like your dad's side of the family, how are your aunts built? This is your best guage for how you MIGHT look. Unfortunalty, there is no excerise to change how your hips look. You can, however tone your butt and thights with squats.....but keep in mind, although these excersies may enhance what you have, they wont transform what you have. Also, the way you look at 15 will be completely different then the way you look at 19, 25, 35, etc.

Just focus on being 15, you don't need to worry about being "nice and sexy". worry about things like school, friends, chores at home, family, etc. I know this sounds dorky, but it's good advise. If you want to get in shape, for fitness's sake, work out for 30 minutes a day three times a week. You will probably become more shapely as you grow older. I really wouldn't worry about looking like Shakira. Your body may be shaped differently. Do you know how many women would love to be slim, and svelte?? Every woman is beautiful. Worry about your inside beauty the most though.

Unfortunately we are born with the body structure given to us in our genes. You are 15 and your body may still be forming a bit yet. You could exercise and get yourself in great physical shape the way jane fonda was ... or jamie lee curtis... (both slender framed women ) but you can't change your skeletal structure. A slender girl who is muscled up looks good. If you are not familiar with the above names... look them up to see pics on the net- they both must have official websites. Be thankful for what you have and work with it to make yourself in shape and as healthy as you can be. In addition the most important thing when it comes to looks... especially for the opposite sex is your inside charactor, which reflects outward. Who you are inside can be the sexiest or ugliest part of you. Pretty face and sexy shape are not the most important thing when it comes to finding the guy that is right for you. Be proud of who you are and become all you can be in every area of your life.

I'm 14 years old. you can do gymnastics or yoga and you could use some invigorate creams.... I haven't hips like shakira too,
but with some gymnastics and with some pasta you can enlarge your hips!!

Do ballet i do that and it helps slim your hips out, but unless you were born with hips like shakira you arnt gonna get them. Sorry. I have already tried, so far nothing like hers.

Genetics.
Some women store more fat on their hips and some don't. Usually this is found out during puberty when all that takes place.

I am very curvacous at 5'4 120 lbs but i was born curvy and i would love to be stick skinny. be proud of what you have b'c i would trade with you in a heart beat.
