You properly need an ariel upgrade

You need to buy a new digital areial upgrade. also check if you have a good digital signal in your area as not everyone has. Its normally becuase of your areial though.There should be a no you can ring or text to find out about freeview look on the tv packaging this will tell you

Upgrade your aerial, do it your self for 15-20 pounds , or pay some one. It really is worth it as picture qualtiy is so much better and extra channels are worth watching (sometimes!!) but it is free

Have you got a freeview aerial?

A normal aerial will not work.......if you need a Freeview aerial get a good one - wideband!

If you have a freeview aerial - you may need to move it slightly/point it to a better transmitter
