Look in the "The Vegas Dog" you can get one at a pet store for free.
There was a place called KCs pug rescue but I don't know if they are still around. There is also Southern Nevada Pug Rescue. In October there is Pugaplooza!!

Get a copy of Dog Fancy magazine and look at the breeders in there. Great place to get a quality, well bred pug.

Also, you can try www.craigslist.com and see if there are any pugs that may be up for adoption in there . . .

Good luck, pugs are the BEST dogs a person can adopt!!!

drive one hour north,up I-15, to St. George, UT. Go to Sue's pet castle (try calling first to make sure she has pugs at the time.. she usually does, she loves them). Her dogs are from reputable SMALL breeders only, they are all papered, and they are 100% garunteed not to be from a puppy mill. They run around $500... but it is worth it. Sue routinely takes the puppies to the vet for checkups.. makes sure the breeders have given them all their shots.. and they recieve alot of love and socialization in her store (they arent pent up in tiny cages.. they get to play and meet people)
Also, try petfinder.org.. or just search for "Pug Breeders, Las Vegas" in google/yahoo search.
