flirt casually, but go no further. she is the one that has to make the decision to break up with her boyfriend and be with you or not. If you have an affair and it goes bad, you obviously work with her and that may get real nasty. In any case dating someone from work can end up pretty messy. Why don't you find someone single who does not work with you?

Nothing. Don't risk getting caught and losing your job over a girl. Find someone single to date. Or, even better, stay single yourself. It's a lot more fun.
