When a guy tells a girl "You've got me bent" what does that mean?

I've heard "bent" used to mean that you're ticked off, upset, screwed up, drunk, or odd. According to the Urban Dictionary, it can also mean that you're homosexual. I'm guessing that in this context, it means that the guy is either mad at the girl or "bent" like a pretzel - in knots - over her, crazy about her?
