I want to buy a Sony DSC f828, but I want to also use my lenses from my film camera.

No, sorry, you can't.
The DSC f828 is not an interchangeable-lens camera -- the lens that comes with it is fixed, you can't change it. Ever.

There are wide-angle and telephoto attachments you can stick on the front of that fixed lens to get you a bit more range, but the quality of those isn't that great.
If you want to be able to use your 35mm film lenses, buy a digital SLR camera that is the same brand as your film camera (you didn't way which brand of film camera you had). That's your only option.
