eat slowly and chew your food well you'll feel full sooner your body doesn't know your full until a half an hour from when you've started eating so usually the person keeps eating because they think there still hungry cut a small piece of cake and it eat it slowly and if you want more of it just pop a mint or something so you have something in your mouth but your not stuffing yourself with cake

First, drink a bottle of water right when you get the craving, that way you can fill yourself up. Then, try to get away from the cake or people eating it. Sometimes chewing a piece of gum helps keep your mouth busy, so that way you won't be tempted. And after that if you still must have a piece of cake, cut a small peice and sit down and enjoy it. Good luck.

Try self hypnosis, it's all in the faulty programming in your head. What if you could magically change your mind set, and cake tasted like mush, the frosting like toothpaste, not that tempting. Society, advertisements tell you you can have it all, go for it. But you waist line tells the truth. Actually, I am 48 years old, and the thought of eating cake, or even hot pockets is like eating used cat litter. Best of luck, and Happy New Years.

Many people ask me how they can slim down. I recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little "help", I suggest using natural Hoodia (it's important to note that not all Hoodia works well, even if the bottle says "pure" or "standard").

The Hoodia sold at http://tinyurl.com/y389on is in my opinion the best Hoodia on the market. It's pure, has no side effects, and they give you a free 15 day sample (there is a $7.99 shipping and handling charge, but they also give you free recipe and diet guides). Fantastic results have been seen with this particular Hoodia.

That used to be how I was until I read the south beach diet book and tried that. it is based on the premise that we crave because our bodies are trying to make up for the "sugar low" that is caused by our insulin reaction to eating too much sugar in the first place.

You pretty much cut out sugar for a few days, and you will no longer crave it. Really works. I lost 20 pounds 3 years ago, and kept it off.
