20 minutes per lb, at 300 F with stuffing, a little less if you DO not baste it! Which you don't need to!

Well, a 25 pound turkey takes about 7 or 8 hours, so I would say an accurate estimation would be that a 50 pound turkey would have to cook for 15 hours. The biggest thing is to make sure that the internal temperature reaches 185 fahrenheit. Good luck!

It will take you approximately 15 hrs to cook at 375 degrees.
