LOL! Like all the rest, I am guessing you don't mean Country.
There are good and bad in all county's and cities in California.
It depends on what you call the worst.
I have traveled quite a bit and find that, some places other people think are bad, I have no problem with.
That is also true for some places people think are good, I don't really care too much for them.
It is more of " To Each His Own" type of thing.
What you like will not always be the same as what someone else likes, What someone else likes, will not be the same thing you like.
Get out, Discover all of what California has to offer and then
"You be the judge of what is worst or best"

Ok california is a STATE. States cannot have countries. They can have townships, counties, boroughs and parrishes, but no states.
