It's like when someone shines a light in your eye and then takes it away. Its getting really annoying now too. I almost fell over yesterday. I have an appointment with a neuroligist to figure out the tingling in my right shoulder. Any ideas of what this might be?

do you have low blood pressure? I've known people that feel a little dizzy when they stand up. The other thing I'd check is your eyes. could you have some sort of blockage in the blood vessels of your eye? A good internist will help you figure out everything. It's easier than running from specialist to specialist on your own. They're trained to look for things.

I'd go with the blood pressure answer also, but I believe this can be caused by either low or high bp.
