Sweating is the whole point of eating spicy foods. Typically Thai and Indian food is spicy to produce sweat in their very humid climate when sweating isn't that easy. The spicy food creates sweat to rid the body of toxins naturally. So either don't eat it, tone down the heat, or just enjoy it.

your body is sensing heat. it's a chemical heat from the spicy food, but it's still heat as far as your brain knows!!! so, you sweat, just like you do on a hot summer day. your body wants to cool itself via evaporation.
