I'd say in because there so universal.. you can sweep them to the side or leave some down and put some back. If you have a headband.. you can put the headband behind the bangs, so they still frame your face. If you have an oval face.. side swept bangs are good. Round face.. face framing bangs.

I think it would depend on the shape of your face. Longer bangs swept to the side would look great for spring if you have a high forhead.

I'm not sure about just plain bangs, but I know that side- swept and long bangs are. They look really pretty and cool! Also, lots of celebrities have them.

definetly in, but yeah it depends on the shape of your face, and your personality. bangs usually look good if you have a very cute and ovalish face. but i have bangs and it's a nice change to someones face.
