treat her how you would like others to treat you,,,,, do nice things occasionally,,,, be spontaneous,,, compliment her without being prompted,,, listen to her,,, spend time with her alone,,, treat her as a person not a object,, tell her you love her at LEAST once a day,,, dont ever cheat,,, the list is endless, mainly use your common sence,,, talk to her and ask her how she would like to be treated

Be lots of things I am not, unless I am really interested in something more than a shag, once or more.
Be a gentleman, be self-controled, but not controling, and attempt to be considerate.
Perhaps this is the best way to put it:
Be flexible in as many things as possible--those that do not matter too much, and firm on rare occasions when one must stand up for something.
To be respected, be respectful.

being a boyfriend is very contraditory: you to have look after and always be there for yer gf, but also give her space. you have to be kind and caring, but also be aggressive and take control. as a woman i can honestly say that when it comes to women, men will never win as we change with the wind. all i can say is that i thank god i'm not a lesbian, there is no way i'd ever date a woman, lol.
