How Do I Stop My Hair From Falling Out?

Sometimes when I am just relaxing or just sitting I will feel a strand of hair fall out. How can I prevent more hair from falling out?

Protective style (a bun, a tuck down ponytail, etc). Especially in the winter; the type of clothes that we wear to protect us from the cold are really hard on hair and pull at it i.e wool & sweaters. That's the reason the hair experts advise for us to sleep on satin or silk pillowcases if our hair is not wrap.

when you use a relaxer make sure you don't apply it to your ends only the new growth. Always use a conditioner on your hair and don't put stress on your hair by pulling it into tight ponytails or other tight hair styles.

I know that there is a vitamin in eggs that makes your hair grow, so you could try eating eggs. If you don't like eggs, maybe Rogaine? I don't mean to be mean, just trying to help. If it's too bad then I could contact a doctor.
