Asthma wont be consider a disability that i know of. now it depends on how bad your panic attacks are and what your diagnosis with your therapist and Dr. some people cant truly function in an every day life at work. that is where disability comes in.

if you are a chronic asthmatic then it can be classed as a disability but it is hard to prove. go swimming this will help with the asthma and you will be able to learn breathing strategies at the same time. or go to you health clinic and they will also point you in the right direction.

my brother had the same problem when he was about 13-14...he used to sleep walk as well...it was cuz of some kinda medication he was on...i think it was some kinda cough syrup...you should probably see a doctor. i'm pretty sure it's not a disability though.
