check to make sure that you still have the drives for the sound device!or try a system restore to undo any changes that you may have made.

Hmm..check if ur speakers r working. If ur sure that they are then press the windows key + pause break. Then click on hardware>device manager. If there are any yellow question marks there then that means that u do not have all the drivers installed.
To download the appropriate drivers, install this software which finds the right drivers for u : - http://drivermagic.com/p/nph-wizard.php

You can hook up additional speakers through the back of the computer. The socket where you plug in the additional speakers, is color coded, so just go to best buy or something and get a new pair of computer speaker, and they cost very little

Use this Meathods:-
1.Reinstall your sound drivers.
2.If u are using sound card reconnect it.
If you are not using any sound card use one sound card..
