I saw a video recently that teaches you how to make "American Pancakes". They served cream with it. But when I bought a jug of Bulla thickened cream, its liquid like. What kind of cream should I be using? (It's not sweetened whipped cream)

What they did was to scald the cream and make a slurry with cornstarch and cold cream and add it to the scald and made the thicker pour cream, cooled and roll camera's

Being from the US, I always had pancakes with butter and maple syrup. Never even heard of cream...

In the U.S. pancakes are usually served with butter & syrup or fruit/preserves.

buy heavy whipping cream for the store and whip it up yourself and add your own taste.
