talk talk run by the carphone warehouse line is owned by bt but the calls are cheap

Cheap implies poor service and personally I wouldn't consider anyone other than BT or Virgin

try sky talk £5 per month and all landline calls are free also free to australia, canada, new zeland, france, ireland and a few more countrys

it is down to the area you are in firstly.
you need to find out who is providing telephone services in your area and go from there rather than company searches
