Then my aunt's son got the same thing. After that my two cuzins [sisters] got the same thing. My Aunt made "trash" a food that was in a bowl and people just pick out the bowl with...their hands. Now Im thinking thats how everyone got it!

Honey I'm a nurse and in the hospital I work at the "stomach bug" is spreading like a wildfire! Here's some information
1. There is no such thing as a stomach bug (unless you have salmonella)
2. You usually get these symptoms because of another illness
3. To get over your cold (which it most likely is a form of) you need plenty of rest!
4. Have a lot of chicken noodle soup! The enzymes help boost your immune system and make you feel a lot better!
5. Take plenty of Vitamin C! You can never have to much Vitamin C!
6. If symptoms persist for more than 5 days contact your doctor.
I hope you feel better sweety!

Hi there! I know this was asked years ago, but I have this EXACT same thing!!! I've never found anyone who could describe precisely what I feel until now, and I've been searching everywhere for answers. I hope you are still around. Can you please provide an update about how you're doing now? I hope you found your answers and your cure. Currently, I am trying to increase my vitamins and do a detox in case mycotoxins, candida, or any of that might be the cause. I feel much, much better but sleep and concentration issues persist as well as some other stuff, but I'm hopeful there's a cure out there. I really believe this is somehow fixable. I hope you can confirm this suspicion!

Go and see if you can get Tamaflu from your Dr. also it's wise to protect yourself each year with a flu shot. It's a bad flu season so wash your hands freqently and don't touch your eyes or mouth before washing. One other thing is everyone eating the same thing, make sure they're not eating bad food clean out the fridge and start with fresh food, just in case. Good luck

Adding to jhkj....Make sure to clean surfaces with some Clorox Clean-Up or something with anti-microbials - include the phone - everybody uses it, nobody ever cleans it.
Common sense things like covering your mouth when you cough or sneeze. And most importantly -
everyone HAS to WASH YOUR HANDS!! Even airborn bacteria are more likely to be spead through contact (hand to person, or hand to things, like the phone, computer, you get the idea) than to be spead through the air.

Sounds like a communicable short term virus. Save yourself the Doctors fee, I reccomend flooding your system with orange juice and chicken bullion, it works for me. Start as soon as the first symtom appears on the horizon, don't let it get a foothold.

It sounds like food poisoning caused by all those hands (some of them unwashed) fooling with the food.
