When the fat is removed from milk it loses fat soluble vitamins such as vitamins A D E and K. Skimmed milk has a higher concentration of calcium due to calcium not being fat soluble.

Technically, the nutiritional content is slightly different, but it is such a negligable difference that you shouldn't worry about it.

This difference comes from the fact that skimmed milk has some of the buttercream removed, and more milk put in place of the buttercream. The values are soooo small, it isn't even worth considering.

the only difference between skimmed and customary milk is that skimmed has had the fat bumped off, different than that they've an analogous nutritional value, calcium, protein, nutrition A, B1 and B2, nutrition D.
