It's from 2 Enoch from the Jewish Pseudepigrapha. "He made Sotona from the heavens so his name was Satomail" I know Satomail is referring to satan but what is Sotona?

Sotona must be a wrong transcription (different pronounciations of o). Satomail.. I have not heard about this, but the il/el ending in Jewish names means God, Lord (like Michael, Raphael, Gabriel, Emmanuel etc)
