I am naturally heavy. Although i am slim, im extremely solid. For example, my cousin and i wear the same size clothes, have the same body shape and are the same height, she weighes 150, i weigh 180. My ma says that i was heavy even as a baby.

When i was in Boot Camp (Marine Corps' on Parris Island) i still only lost like 2 pounds and that was a lot of exercise and physical stuff, not to mention that there was not much junk fook to be found and we couldn't eat cheese or fried foods the entire 3 months.

The only time that i have lost a lot of weight at one time was when i graduated from highschool i lost like 15 pounds, but i wasn't doing anything different and i didn't even realize that i had i had lost it until like 4 months later. Wat do i do?? Any ideas????

Crash diets don't work. In order to lose weight, it needs to be a lifestyle change. Eating healthy and regular exercise is the only way to go. It can't be temporary, it has to be entertwined with your daily lifestyle. Meal planning is important so that when you are hungry you don't reach for junk. Try to incorporate activites that you enjoy as part of your exercise. Like walking a dog, hiking, biking, yoga, etc. Again, your physique may dictate that you will always be heavier. Everyone is different. Healthy is what is truly important, not a number on a scale. Try joining a gym or a club like Running Room or ediets.com for motivation. Good luck to you!

Do not go for a diet fad, all our bodies are different, so why follow the same diet for all of them? Here are some tips to help you lose weight!

Drink at least 8 glasses of cold water every day. Cold water actually uses up calories because your body can't use the water when it is too cold, so it uses energy to heat it up.

*Stop drinking soda and sugary juices all together, they do nothing but harm your body.

*Eat smaller meals, but more meals throughout the day. Never skip a meal, because you skip a meal, overeat at the next meal, feel bad, skip another meal, overeat again, ect. DOES NOT WORK!

*Veggies and fruits are your friends! Plus, eating pomigranite (the actual fruit) can curb your appetite, plus it will take you a full hour to pick out all that stuff in the actual fruit :)

*When you eat, be sure to sit up straight and have a little pillow on your lower back. This will help your brain realize it is full. It takes the brain 15-20 minutes to realize you are full!

*When you eat, take 3 bites, a sip of cold water, 3 bites, sip of cold water. This will help your brain realize it is full.

*Get smaller plates and smaller knives and forks. Why? Studies show that a group of people with big bowls and giant spoons will eat TONS of ice cream before full. While people who have little bowls and need to eat the ice cream with tiny sample spoons still eat that little bowl of ice cream, and they feel satisfied and full!

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I did this and lost 12 pounds and 19 inches in 9 days. I continued and lost 29 pounds in a month. I like the program since it works by giving your body nutrition through protein shakes with digestive enzymes and vitamins and then cleansing out the toxins. We get toxins in our bodies from pesticides, preservatives, water, pollution, medications, food additives etc…. These toxins enter our bodies and get stored in our fat cells. To shrink the fat, we need to get rid of the toxins through cleansing. The program also has a natural diet pill to help your metabolism and curb cravings. It works and it works fast. My skin has improved from the cleansing. You can get more info at this toll free number 1-877-587-4647. It is pricey but worth it! I think cleansing is really important to health and weight loss. Give it a try and good luck! http://diet4cleansing.com

I don't think there is much you can do to reduce if you are naturally heavy. As far as I know its your bones that are heavier than what may be perceived as normal. As long as you are eating healthy food and the weight is not affecting your looks there should not be any problem. However, lots of water and fruits always works wonders.

If you are very muscular weighing more is natural. I weigh 220, but when most people hear that they say "no way". I have a lot of weight in my legs from mountain biking and stuff. Funny thing is, the all knowing government says I am obese for my height (6'1"), yet most people call me "slim". If you're happy with the way you look don't worry about your weight.

Lots of fresh fruits and veggies, avoid soft drinks, snack food, potatoes (unless baked) breads, pastas, ect. Use a small plate when eating, eat slowly, small bites, chew your food well. You may never look like a straw, don't worry about that, exercise! Good luck.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Get started today!
