is it correct if you say. Tem cuidado donde no pisas en el lodo

The closer translation to your sentence is:

"Mira bien donde pisas, no vayas a pisar el barro".

Also common expressions:
"Ten cuidado de no pisar el barro" (barro is more common than "lodo")
"Ten cuidado, no vayas a pisar el barro",
or just
"Cuidado! No pises el barro!" (more spontaneous)

The first person is completely wrong (this kind of mistake happens when you use an online translator)

The simplest and clearer way:

Cuidado, no pises el lodo (fango, barro)!
other ways to say:
Ten cuidado, no vayas a pisar el lodo
Cuidado con el lodo
Cuida no pisar el lodo

What you wrote is understandable, but wrong in Spanish, you shouldn't say "donde".
