This person is a member of the majority of humans. The majority people on Earth do speak more than just one language (even if that's difficult to believe for English speakers); and the majority of humans do not speak English.

i think that person is very cool. it's really great to know a lot different languages and hey, it's no big deal if a person doesn't know English.think Japanese people.

He/She is so cool!!
I don't mind that he/she can't speak english as he/she is already a polyglot. I appreciate his/her potencial and capability.
English is consideres as one language for me.
