Rub with a bit of S&P, turn broiler on, cancel all plans for the next 14mins. Slide the steaks into the broiler, it should be about 4in. from the flame, 7mins, flip, 7 more minutes and you have medium done steaks if they're about 1 in, thick. Conversly if they're thicker or thinner then you ajust the time by a minute

I would say 8- 10 minutes on each side on the low setting if you have a gas oven. Also make sure it is completely defrosted. This would most likely make it medium . For more rare subtract two minutes on each side. For well done add two minutes on each side.

turn it often so the juice doesn't run out. Don't poke it full of holes. about 12 to 17 minutes.

Until it is done the way you like it. Obviously if you want it well done it would cook longer than if you prefer rare.
