Yes it is dairy. It's Dairy with all the bad parts supper concentrated. Don't eat a lot of it. Cream cheese is Heart attack in a rapper.

Your body needs fat and some fats are very healthy. Dair fat is not one of these fats. You should always try to avoid dairy fat. Fat free cottage cheese tastes good and it is good for you. Try it with bananas in it. Skim milk is good to. Don't be fooled by the words low fat. Yogurt is nasty. To make it edible, companies add sugar, corn syrup, aspartame, etc.

Veggie cheese is more or less a take off from Soy Cheese which is made mainly for people who are lactose intolerant. It isn't quite as good as eating real cheese. However for people that are lactose intolerant it is the next best thing. Best way to find out that about it counting as more than one is read the labeling on the package telling you what all it has in it and how many calories it is. But mainly you are looking for how much protein and calcium each slice has. Keep on hanging in there you're getting there slowly but surely.

NO!!! it is a vegetable. When I snip my creme cheese from the garden, I always wash thoroughly before using. Always bring your creme cheese plants indoors in the winter to avoid freezing.
