i'm completing a project. please tell me what make you feel healthy. what type of how often do you exercise. what type of vitamins, supplements do you take and how often. age, smoker?,
list secrets that you can share to enhance a persons health.
if you feel unhealthy..tell me why. thank you

oh well excercise definatly makes you healthy!! any kind really! but i think running is the best! of course walking too! yogo also makes you feel healthy! it releases all the bad energy and you feel better! i take flax seed oil!! it really helps! once a day!
i am 15 so idk what its like to be older!! lol umm no i dont smoke so i guess that makes you healthier too

Frequent exercise, controlling stress and healthy eating make me feel healthy.
I take Thorne Reasearch multi-endcap vitamins 3 x a day
I exercise almost daily - run 1/2 marathons, lift weights, play hockey 3 x a week, 33 yrs old, non smoker.

Being healthy is not easy, is requires effort - that's probably why Cananda / USA have obesity epidemics and one of the leading causes of death is coronary disease!

Just look at all the questions in the fitness / diet section - everyone is looking for a quick fix that requires no effort, no exercise, and no change in lifestyle.

There is no secret to eating well or exercising - just need to stop making excuses, I work full time and have 2 kids and am taking courses - I don't find the time - I make the time!

Make the decision to change your life - hire a trainer at some point to teach you (don't assume you just automatically know how to work out - there is a science behind training properly) set realistic goals and don't give up.

Exercise:
I workout in a gym 2 - 3 times a weeks, doing weight lifting. Started late September.
Sometimes at home I'll work out for endurance with weights.
Walk/Jogging with dog.
Biking to and from school when weather is good every day.
Doing trail bike riding during the summer.
Swimming a few KM a week during the summer.
Cutting lawns for 5 hours a week during the spring, summer and fall.

Vitamins:
Level 2 Potency (Regular) multi-vitamin, once a day.

Age:
15, turning 16 in a couple of months.

Smoker:
No, and I don't do any drugs.

Other:
Sleep always makes me feel good. I like getting in 9 hours a day, although that only happens during holidays or weekends. Usually I get 7.5 - 8 hours a night.
Take echanesia capsules if you feel a cold coming on. Drink lots of milk, but not when sick (hey if a cow can live off of it, it's sure to help me)
I do feel healthy, and haven't felt better (physically).

am 17 i dont smoke dont do exercise unless am having a party in two weeks time i really take supplements unless recommended by the doctor. i feel healthy when am free of all pain especially muscle pains and headaces.i also feel healthy after a walk.

usually I feel healthy, but today I woke up with a pain in my neck/shoulders, so I don't feel healthy right now.. normally I think I feel more healthy when I've been exercising regularly..

i am 15 and feel healthy. i exercise almost every day. whether its basketball plractice or running on the tredmill.
