breakfast: orange, 1 cup skin milk, 1 peice wheat toast, no calorie spray butter

lunch:turckey sandwich made with chedder cheese and wheat bread., 1/2 cup chedder chex mix, i mini can of diet dr pepper.

snack: greapfruit,water

dinner: turckey and chedder cheese,carrots, and water

excercise: 100 jumping jacks, 100 sit ups, walk i mile, 20 minuets yoga and pilates?


any suggestions to make it better!! help!!!

That is perfectly healthy. There isn't anyway to make it better. Keep up the good work! : )

Wow, this is a pretty healthy lifestyle! Just make sure you calculate the calories to make sure you are getting enough. If this is a daily diet, watch your consumption of lunch meats since they are processed. You can also substitute the cheese with lowfat cheese. (I don't, but I read it's a good idea). And maybe add a few green veggies in with your meals or as snacks. As long as you are drinking 6-8 glasses of water you should be good.

I would cut out some of your cheese consumption and incorporate some more vegetables in your menu, other than that it sounds good to me. Also i would drink water instead of pop.

You left out the healthy fats. Take a flax seed/ fish oil w/ omega 3,6 pill

i do have an answer!!! diet, sugar free, artificial sweeteners makes you bloat. that is right. drink water. good luck.
there is loads of other horrible side effects of artificial sweeteners.
do a little research. you sound like a savvy health nut. and have you tried chromium picolinate. it helps burn calories. hey answer my question about health. click on my picture and go to my answers. thanks!!!

plan a second small snack after dinner but not too late. You don't want to allow yourself to get too hungry.
