I don't care to see it personally. I'm not into masochism.

I watched it---as soon as it hit the air, and the NET------was very upset that they had the gall to kill him just after morning prayers of Eid beginning. Then, it is the Sunni Eid-the Shia Eid started a day later.

The reason for doing it-I guess-Saddam use to return bodies of Shias to their families on their Eid. He had no repect at all.

Oh--and I do not go to church-I go to synagogue. But, I do have respect for Islam.

What a snarky question! I really loved Anna's response though, so I'm glad you asked it so she could answer. Jesus doesn't delight in death. Jesus didn't condemn anyone, just brought a message of a way to live with God in joy forever.

At first, I'm not sure that Jesus would actually allow anyone to hang anyone.
For the second, I love my ego too much and I am not goth to watch somebody being hanged!

Why would anyone want to watch someone be murdered? I guess the same sickos that thought "The Passion of the Christ" was a good movie.

I won't be watching it, no. And Jesus probably wouldn't have either. His life, though evil, is still a human, sacred life.

I dont care to see a Man's last minutes alive. I think that whoever watches it should be ashamed of themselves.

Why wouldn't anyone who has commited serious crimes as these, not have to be punished by man's laws. The bible does tell us we're supposed to obey man's laws. That does not mean God will not forgive us if we're sincerely sorry.

Saddam allegedly enjoyed watching videos of executions so those who get a kick out of watching his execution are different from him in what way?

Jesus is sending a DVD to all true believers.

I don't think He has my address.
