When going for a job interview, you do not have to tell anyone about your illnesses. They may ask you if you have any issues that may prevent you from doing the job. Just answer NO> You really dont have. You just get panic attach's and it is being controlled and is under the care of a physician.

I have a bi-polar and a panic disorder. I work full time. The key is to find a job that is not high stress. I would also check into disability statutes in your area, in the US, after your hired you'd be covered under the Americans with Disabilities Act and could request "reasonable accomodations" such as having the employer give you an extra break to take medications so symptoms do not manifest.

It's illegal for a potential employer to even ask you about health issues. They may only ask such questions AFTER you are hired, and then it's for insurance and safety purposes. It's illegal to discriminate against anyone based on a medical condition.
As for disability, since your panic attacks can be controlled with medication, no, you do not qualify for disability benefits.
Get yourself a medication organizer with a timer on it so you don't forget to take your clonazepam. Or, talk to your doctor about a different medication. There are others, some that only need to be taken once a day.

I would just go ahead and apply for a job. If you have not been diagnosed as having a disability, then you would not have to disclose this. Be careful not to miss a dose and do a good job. After you have proven yourself, if something does happen at work, then they will be more understanding.
You do not want to apply for disability unless you have to. It takes them quite a while to approve your disability (if they do) and the money you get is not that much. You would be stuck with this. You would not be able to take a job while on disability so you would never be able to improve your financial position.

isn't it against the law for them to ask you if you suffer from any disorders before you're hired, or after for that matter. it's not anyones business what kind of medical condition you have.

Take yoga classes to learn how to calm your mind and body. The meds are great but you shouldn't depend on them for self control.
You are among millions of panic attack victims so it isn't a disability if they can work, so can you.
