There are so many Qs like yours!
You can't (more like shouldn't, really) lose a whole bunch of pounds in a short time such as a week. The recommended losing rate, however, is 1-2 lbs, although that would be achieved by excluding 3500-7000 calories from your diet, with the the number of calories you body needs to function right your starting number (like, if you needed 2000 cals a day.. 7 x 2000 = 14,000.. you'd need to get ride of 3500-7000 calories from that diet.. leaving you with the ability to eat only 10,500-7000 cals for the week). If you really want to look cool for school, wear clothes that distracts people's eyes from your belly (the place that stores the most fat, in my opinion at least), and in a shade such as black.
For long term weight loss, excercise daily, and EAT (don't starve) healthily, maybe 4-5 small meals a day (to boast metabolism, which'll burn calories quicker)? Good luck!

Seriously though if you want a quick fix you could have one of those universal body contour wraps. You can lose up to 12" straight away. My friend has just had a couple and lost nearly a stone straight away.
Down side is they're a bit pricey, especially if your still in school and they might not let you because of your age.

I can tell you that any way to loose weight dramatically in one week is not healthy. And most diets make weight come back, sometimes even worse. If you go on diets you start to crave the food you like the most more and more and it will just get worse. You can have sometimes foods, but make sure you are making healthy choices from all 4 food groups, and excersising. It's all about balance. Its not about how much you eat, but what you eat.

First of all it's LOSE, not LOOSE.
Instead of doing something stupid that won't work and might endanger your health, try setting new goals: eat healthy and exercise more.
You can lose 1-2 pounds per week that way - the ONLY healthy way- and you'll keep it off. Just think how great you'll look by summer.
