I have been working really hard to get my splits, and I just don't know if I've been doing the right stretches. I need some specific stretches that focus on the muscles used for the splits.

Cheerwiz has great stretches for all of the different leg muscles.

Wall splits- Splits against a wall chum stretching- grab a chum and stretch one yet another by using lifting one yet another's legs front, area and back Oversplits- splits on a pillow, chair, or the different merchandise that gets it so it pushes your splits over... so better than splits. Lay on your back, use a theraband to stretch your leg up,such as you're doing a kick carry, yet on the floor.
