Would a girl be offended if his friend, a boy wishes her Happy New Year (by text msg) more than one time?
But the second one is more like a "new year wish", the first one is rather short.

What would she feel?

(Just friends. The boy, who has been very kind to her has told her his feeling, yet she said just want to be friends. and he often text message her)

Is there anything wrong with that? The second message contains a wonderful poem!

There is nothing wrong with that at all, but the boy needs to respect her feelings when she says she "just wants to be friends". If she feels you are being too pushy, she may start feeling awkward and find herself wanting to avoid you. My daughter has a similar situation right now. She already has a boyfriend that she is in a serious relationship with, and there is another guy (whom she is just friends with) that keeps texting her excessively, and she made the comment to me that it is becoming a little annoying. An occassional text is fine, but be careful not to cross the line into annoyance.

I know that telling somebody you like them, and then to find out they just want to be freinds is hard. I really think that pushing is just make it worse! Things will be awkward between you two for a while and she may want a text message. Want to win her heart? Go tell her Happy New Year in person and leave. Don't spend time with do say hi, just "Have a Happy New Year" at her door and leave. That's all there is left to do!

If she says she just wants to be friends...she is being kind and doesnt want to give you the idea your friendship will go further. If she is responding to your text mess...nothing wrong...however be aware that to many may make her feel uncomfortable and portray you as a stalker
