There will be no day in court because war crimes were not committed. Some would say the war in Iraq was not justified, yet this country has gone to war for less reason. There were many reasons to go to war with Saddam, yet the question today is, were those reasons important enough to die over. We don't really know the answer to that, because Saddam, like Ahmadinejad had a tendency to walk the line. He was always testing the waters to see how far he could push. Had we not struck when we did, who knows how far he would have pushed before we finally came down on him.
For all we know today, had we not struck when we did, Saddam too, would be trying again to develop nuclear weapons.
If the present administration was guilty of anything, they were guilt of rushing to judgment, and that is not impeachable.

What exactly have they done? CONGRESS went in to the War, and Bush, Cheney, and Rumsfeild are just kind of stuck w/ dealing w/ it. They were for the War, but apparently so was alot of America if Congress voted to go into Iraq. Congress said it, so we went in.
Overall America is a free place and everyone can live here, I beleive there are 2 types of people that should be deported:
1- Mexicans
2- People that have no idea what our government is doing and why, and people that dont know how the government works (ie Bush cant declare War, Congress can)

Rumsfeld is already being sued in Germany for war crimes (I know this is news to you people who watch the White House Talking Points network, Faux News). Bush and his henchman, Cheney is to be sued once their term of political deception ends.

You wouldn't know a war crime if it hit you on the nose. The fact that you would accuse President Bush, Vice-President Cheney, and Mr. Rumsfeld of such demonstrates this.

Surely you're kidding. We never had the pleasure of dealing with true war crimes - like Hitler, Goebels, Himler, etc. Bush, Cheney and Rummy haven't commited any war crimes. Just because you disagree with the Iraqui conflict doesn't make it a war crime to protect our country and help others protect theirs.

War criminals are tried and sentenced when they lose their war, or are losing badly enough to be captured by the opposing side. I guess you will just have to wait.
