how do you know if your mate is cheating?

you will know when because theres a pattern that we all have and when that pattern changes.It becomes an eye for an eye and a ear for an ear.No more love is there then you ask yourself why am i here.

Some patterns change as people change. Like did you know every 7 years your taste buds change? Maybe it's something like that. All I know is what my grandma use to tell. If it was meant to be it will be if not you still have a friend. I'm friends with all my ex's. Except for 1 he was abusive. No need to explain why there. Also why don't you just ask her.

I have to totally disagree with you. Some us have been programmed by past experience or what we viewed as children as actions that make a cheater. You know someones cheating if they tell you their cheating or you catch them. Otherwise if you don't trust them then tell them ho your feeling and chance are you are concocting an elaborate scheme on there part to get one over on you. Honesty! Honesty! Honesty! My insecurities used to convince me I was being cheated on and I spent countless hours pondering the thought I was being cheated on and actually feeling the grief of it. It was all in vain though. After receiving much needed therapy I realized I had trust issues and it had nothing to do with the relationships I was in. Good Luck! '-)
