I TRIED INDOOR AERIALS AND THEY WERE A DISASTER/ PROBLEMS LIKE NO SIGNAL AND POOR RECEPTION FUZZY PICTURES I BOUGHT A REALLY EXPENSIVE INDOOR AERIAL STILL NO GOOD EVENTUALLY I WIRED ALL TV S IN THE HOUSE TO THE MAIN OUTSIDE AERIAL FOR FREEVIEW

If you are near enough to the transmitter (<6miles as the crow flies) you can use an outdoor aerial indoors and great reasonable Freeview reception, although once again you might have to move it around a bit to get different channels. Don't bother with an bespoke indoor aerial, waste of money. You can get outdoor aerials from the likes of ASDA but the best ones are from Maplin.

try an indoor digital ariel which work well with freeview. Argos give a 16 day moneyback guarantee so if it didn't help you haven't lost anything.

depends where you live - buy a decent one to get a better reception - its that corny old phrase of 'you only get what you pay for'! I use an indoor located in my attic for freeview and have no problems at all.

No!!! Unless you have avery strong signal. Aerial guys normally only ask around a £100 to fit a wideband aerial

Might be ok in a strong signal area, otherwise an outdoor aerial will be required, and is always superior anyway.
