Don't focus so much on the exams and the result. Adopt the attitude that you may fail and that's okay--it sounds strange, but if you can accept possible failure, then your stress levels go down and you can concentrate better. I actually got my highest social studies test mark ever on a test I was absolutely convinced I was going to fail--I was calm during the test and I think that made a big difference. This isn't just my experience talking: it's an actual recommendation I've found in books!

Just know that whatever happens, it'll all be okay. Even if you get a 0 on the exam, the world is not going to blow up, it won't cause your family to all die in an avalanche... Put things into perspective a little.

Find somewhere peaceful and quiet to study some of your notes. Drink a lot of water, cut out preservatives and sugar as best you can and eat fairly lightly the night before. Go to bed early. In the morning, eat a decent breakfast -I reccomend oatmeal with cinnamon and apple slices chopped in- and when you get to school, relax about it. Try going with a fresh pencil, I find that helps me somehow.

Then take it one question at a time. Let's say the questions are about the American Revolution. First, what year did it start? Okay, got it. Second, what year did it end? Okay, got it. Third, what was the Boston Massacre? Okay, got it. That makes it more manageable than looking at it as this huge obstacle.

Don't let all your self-esteem ride on the outcome of the test. Even if you do poorly, that tells you that you have to study the material again, perhaps differently. Don't let that rule you.

If you are already familiar with the material than you may need to take a rest and stop studying. Sometimes students over prepare for a test and it causes them to get depressed. You will retain very little if any new information that you gather in the last 24 hours before the exam anyway.

Nobody can do it for you. You have to have the will power to say to yourself that you have to concentrate or you will be suffering the grave consequences later. It is all in the mind, so psyche yourself why you should concentrate. If you think you can -then YOU CAN. If you think you cannot, then you cannot. The state of the mind is a very powerful tool. Remove all unnecessary things around you, like TV , a soft music may help you. But sit down on your study table and say to yourself, it is your future you are gambling with and get to work, before it is too late.

Woow! i got u, sit a bit freely, straight n start breathin freely until u feel relaksed, de techniques of yoga would hlp u for sure, n make a neat cool flow chart of wat u're studyin n learn it step by step slowly, then take a calm sleep, n don' study at night, do it in de mornins n evenins, if u don' get anything, write that part a no. of times until u feel secure wid that!!!

don't get worryed yaar try to have a gud sound sleep don't study upto late night.study upto what u can,rest on tomorrow,i have the same problem as u r having prey God while ur going to write the exam. all the best for ur exams write well.

1 take a deep breath
2 do step 1 5 times
3 just forget that ur studying for exams
4 sit back and imagine about the good things u will have after the exams
YOU WILL FIND IT EASIER THIS WAY
JUST DONT LET URSELF THINK ABOUT EXAMS
YOU WILL DO BETTER THIS WAY

See u r having the exam tommrow .so I can put it in this way like don't read anything new .whatever u had read before that u have to read .that will help u to gin confidence .
then don't get dipressed and don't discuss after the papers
don't memorise the things understand them that will help u in future also

get your books put them in a backpack get some pens and pencils go to the woods deep into the shade of trees bring food healthy food
read and do work the silence will clear your mind the healthy food will keep your mind sharp and stomach full try sushi if the Japanese
eat it and are smart they will help ok hope it helps
