Good question, but it's the worst thing you can do. Guys get too big a head when they are not the pursuer.
What should do is show interest , ask questions being respectful of his opinions. All while wearing that special perfume, a scent that is all yours, good eye contact and sincere smile.
This is the real first move, Guys think that they made it. Make sure you choose a guy that is within your realm.
Getting the guy is easy, it's the keeping that is hard.

After additional info added - If you are only 13 you do not need to get a guy. My advice is to be friends with guys and when you are older and want a relationship you will have many good male friends available. The problem with having a boyfriend at a young age is that they dump you for your friends

what do you want to do with him after you get him?? Marry him?? have sex with him?? take him to your prom? Have kids?
First off, the biggest and foremost thing is be yourself. Don't act like someone you aren't. People can see through superficial things. If you are a fun person. Continue to be a fun person. This world is full of guys. There is ONE out there that will like you, trust that.
There are worse things in life than being single.

You could always flash him, go commando, offer a B.J., etc, but you'd be getting the wrong kind of guy. Pick one you find interesting, let him know you're interested, and if he goes for the bait play hard to get. Don't give in too easily. That's make you look like a slut. Make him earn you. Make him work for you. Make him win the trophy.

well try to mingle with all the guys. if you have a good conversation and you feel comfortable with the guy then he is the one for you.
you do not get the guy. the guy gets you. be open and do not be secured. thats the only way guys will get interested.

Just be yourself, Don't lie only when you HAVE too! Do your hair, nails, eyebrows, makeup....and dress stylishly, and you can get a guy!! Also be funny, and be extra confident, guys LOVE that!
