I havn't been to Niagra, but for Toronto it really depends on the types of places you are going to. Clubs my sis and her friends go to they wear mini skirts and corsets (no joke), but I have been to a few places were some decent pants and a cute shirt work just fine.

It's not really cold in October (probably around 15-20 C during the day, and 5-10 C at night). So you will probably want to wear a jacket.

However, there have been times when we get unseasonably warm weather in October, and you could probably get away with shorts.

Jeans and top is fine in Niagara. It's very casual. Haven't been to Toronto.

my optimum pair are 4 inches, i cant placed on them for extra suitable than 3 or 4 hours. i will placed on all of them night if im sitting at dinner for component of the night or some thing like that, yet i dang useful cant dance in all of them night
