I had a son 19 months ago I gained 80 pounds during the pregnancy. I still have not lost the weight. I also would like to learn more about stomack excersise.

Check it out...You can do stomach exercises all you want but the crucial part is to diet. I had an almost complete 6pack but didn't really show cause the little fat that I did have covered it. Like a 6pack with ice on it,you know. So dieting is the key,and don't eat meals after 6:30 or 7:00 at night.

exercises, and less snacking

Don't starve yourself, that lowers metaboolism, and will cause you to gain more when you do start eating normally.

You need to biuld muscle to lose fat, and I dont mean like a body builder, a little goes a long way. Not to mention, you will look better than you ever have, and feel better too!
