I have a new job and I plan on learning everything I can so I can get a promotion. I'm the only woman working the night shift in a machine shop. After we go back to work after the holiday I'm getting my fork lift certification. Plus, I've already learned how to machine 3 different parts that we currently run. I know being the only woman will make it harder for me, so I figure, if I know as much as the guys I'll stand a better chance for promotion.

I have decided I will accept the role of Manager for another dept at my work (my team will hate me for it)
but i need a change and it certainly will be a challenge..

I just moved into my new home so I plan looking for a new church thats in my new home town.

To pro-actively undermine institutionalised religion in any way I can but mostly through making financial donations to secular and atheist organisations that are combatting Christianity.
