I am a spanish linguist so luckily for you this is quite easy to sort.
Basically Querida ( pronounced queer Ida ) is actually a name and refers to an actual person.
Ida was as bent as a two pound coin and used to cottage in Malaga on friday nights on a regular basis. Sadly he slipped one night and caught his genitals on some barbed wire fencing which actually created the now famous phrase " Querida ".
I hope this is useful but please feel free to come back to me or all over me depending on your mindset.

"Querida" means "dear", either as a term of affection or as a salutation in the beginning of a letter.
